P Pada lapangan t terdapat tiga sumur, yaitu sumur pg1, pg2, dan pg3, di mana ketiga sumur tersebut telah terpasang electric submersible pump (esp). untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan esp telah sesuai dengan kondisi reservoir, dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan perangkat lunak pipesim melalui analisis inflow performance relationship (ipr) dan vertical lift performance (vlp). penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efisiensi reservoir aktual serta merancang skenario optimasi kinerja esp melalui penyesuaian tipe pompa, frekuensi operasi, dan jumlah stages. target produksi (q_target) ditetapkan sebesar 70% dari (q_max). hasil evaluasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sumur pg1 memiliki laju produksi aktual (q_actual) sebesar 1.261,05 stb/day dengan efisiensi reservoir 38,22% (q_target=3.299,29 stb/day). sumur pg2 memproduksi 196,03 stb/day dengan efisiensi 62,72% (q_target=312,50 stb/day) dan beroperasi di bawah batas minimum operating range pompa td-460. sementara itu, sumur pg3 memproduksi 429,18 stb/day dengan efisiensi 71,54% (q_target=599,87 stb/day). skenario optimasi dilakukan dengan memvariasikan frekuensi, jumlah stages, hingga penggantian ukuran pompa (upsize). hasil optimasi menunjukkan bahwa kondisi optimum pada sumur pg1 dicapai melalui upsize ke pompa tipe td-3000 pada frekuensi 60 hz dan 139 stages, yang berhasil meningkatkan laju produksi menjadi 3.291,37 stb/day dengan efisiensi reservoir 99,46%. pada sumur pg2, kondisi optimum diperoleh menggunakan pompa tipe td-460 pada frekuensi 55 hz dan 101 stages, meningkatkan produksi menjadi 310,46 stb/day dengan efisiensi reservoir 99,33%. pada sumur pg3, kondisi optimum dicapai menggunakan pompa tipe td-460 pada frekuensi 60 hz dan 142 stages, meningkatkan produksi menjadi 599,82 stb/day dengan efisiensi reservoir 99,60%. penyesuaian spesifikasi operasional esp terbukti mampu meningkatkan laju produksi mendekati q_target, meningkatkan efisiensi reservoir hingga mendekati 100%, dan memastikan operasional pompa bekerja secara aman dalam operating range yang direkomendasikan.kata kunci: evaluasi, optimasi, electric submersible pump.
F Field t contains three wells: pg1, pg2, and pg3, all of which are equipped with electric submersible pumps (esp). to determine whether the application of esp corresponds with the current reservoir conditions, an evaluation was conducted using pipesim software through inflow performance relationship (ipr) and vertical lift performance (vlp) analysis. this study aims to evaluate actual reservoir efficiency and design esp performance optimization scenarios by adjusting pump type, operating frequency, and number of stages. the target production rate (q_target) was set at 70% of the (q_max). initial evaluation results revealed that well pg1 had an actual production rate (q_actual) of 1,261.05 stb/day with a reservoir efficiency of 38.22% (q_target=3,299.29 stb/day). well pg2 produced 196.03 stb/day with an efficiency of 62.72% (q_target=312.50 stb/day), operating below the minimum operating range of the td-460 pump. meanwhile, well pg3 produced 429.18 stb/day with an efficiency of 71.54% (q_target=599.87 stb/day). optimization scenarios were executed by varying frequency, number of stages, and pump size replacement (upsizing). optimization results indicated that the optimum condition for well pg1 was achieved by upsizing to a td-3000 pump type at a frequency of 60 hz and 139 stages, successfully increasing the production rate to 3,291.37 stb/day with a reservoir efficiency of 99.46%. for well pg2, optimum performance was attained using a td-460 pump type at a frequency of 55 hz and 101 stages, raising production to 310.46 stb/day with a reservoir efficiency of 99.33%. for well pg3, optimum performance was reached using a td-460 pump type at a frequency of 60 hz and 142 stages, elevating production to 599.82 stb/day with a reservoir efficiency of 99.60%. operational adjustment of the esp specs proved effective in increasing production rates close to q_target, improving reservoir efficiency to nearly 100%, and ensuring safe operation within recommended operating ranges.keywords: evaluation, optimization, electric submersible pump.
