P Penurunan energi reservoir selama periode produksi telah mengurangi kemampuan sumur dalam mengalirkan fluida. kondisi tersebut menuntut penilaian bersama terhadap deliverabilitas sumur dan performa pompa yang sedang digunakan. kapasitas inflow ditentukan melalui inflow performance relationship (ipr), dengan laju minyak dan air dihitung secara terpisah karena water cut melebihi 71%. kinerja hydraulic pumping unit (hpu) selanjutnya diperiksa menggunakan efisiensi volumetrik; hasil di bawah ambang 45% menandakan perlunya pengaturan ulang operasi. variabel optimasi mencakup stroke per minute (spm) dan stroke length (sl). pada keadaan awal, produksi tercatat 71,2 bfpd dengan 5 spm, sl 110 inci, dan efisiensi volumetrik 23,31%. perhitungan ulang berdasarkan respons ipr dan karakteristik sumur menghasilkan rekomendasi 29,6 spm dengan sl 47 inci. kombinasi tersebut memberikan produksi 660 bfpd dan efisiensi volumetrik 93,18%. dengan demikian, penyelarasan parameter hpu terhadap data reservoir, riwayat produksi, dan kondisi mekanis pompa terbukti dapat memulihkan kapasitas pemompaan. kerangka evaluasi ini dapat diterapkan pada wic-09, wic-10 dan wic-11 serta dipertimbangkan untuk sumur lain di lapangan wap yang memiliki kondisi serupa
D Depletion during the production period lowered reservoir energy and reduced the flow capability of the wic-09, wic-10 dan wic-11 wells. accordingly, well deliverability and the performance of the installed pumping system were assessed as an integrated system. the inflow capacity was established from the inflow performance relationship (ipr), with oil and water contributions evaluated separately because water cut was above 71.2%. hydraulic pumping unit (hpu) performance was then measured through volumetric efficiency; a result below 45% was taken as evidence that the operating setup required revision. the optimization variables were pump speed in strokes per minute (spm) and stroke length (sl). initially, the system delivered 71.2 bfpd at 5 spm and a 110-inch stroke, corresponding to 23.31% volumetric efficiency. recalculation using the ipr response and well characteristics recommended 29.6 spm and a 47-inch stroke. this configuration yielded 660 bfpd and increased volumetric efficiency to 93.18%. the findings show that matching hpu settings with reservoir data, production history, and mechanical pump calculations can substantially restore pumping effectiveness. the same evaluation framework may be considered for wic-09, wic-10 dan wic-11 and for other wap field wells with similar operating constraints
