P Penurunan tekanan reservoir seiring waktu produksi menyebabkan sumur-sumur di lapangan bg tidak lagi mampu berproduksi secara alami (natural flow), sehingga diperlukan sistem pengangkatan buatan berupa electrical submersible pump (esp) yang mulai diterapkan pada tahun 2021. di lapangan bg terdapat 15 sumur yang berproduksi. dari seluruh sumur tersebut terdapat tiga sumur yang mengalami penurunan produksi yang signifikan yaitu sumur mr-01, sumur rr-02, dan sumur b-28. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja esp terpasang dan merancang ulang spesifikasi pompa guna meningkatkan laju produksi ketiga sumur tersebut. metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis produktivitas sumur melalui kurva inflow performance relationship (ipr) composite, perhitungan pump intake pressure (pip), total dynamic head (tdh), serta evaluasi efisiensi volumetrik pompa. hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pompa p10 yang terpasang tidak lagi sesuai dengan karakteristik sumur saat ini. berdasarkan perhitungan ipr composite, diperoleh laju alir optimum untuk sumur mr-01 sebesar 1.271 bfpd, sumur rr-02 sebesar 1.719 bfpd, dan sumur b-28 sebesar 1.404 bfpd. desain ulang pompa merekomendasikan penggunaan pompa p11shd 538 series dengan jumlah 50 stage dan operating range sebesar 750-1500 bfpd, dengan efisiensi pompa sebesar 54%, untuk sumur mr-01. untuk sumur rr-02, direkomendasikan penggunaan pompa p17ssd 538 series dengan operating range sebesar 750-1500 bfpd jumlah 71 stage dengan efisiensi pompa sebesar 66%. untuk sumur b-28, direkomendasikan penggunaan pompa p17ssd 538 series dengan operating range sebesar 750-1500 bfpd dengan jumlah stage sebanyak 48 stage dengan efisiensi pompa sebesar 64%. penerapan desain ulang ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan produksi, memperpanjang umur ekonomis sumur, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional esp di lapangan bg
T The decline in reservoir pressure over production time has caused wells in the bg field to no longer be able to produce naturally (natural flow), thereby necessitating the use of an artificial lift system in the form of electrical submersible pumps (esps), which began to be applied in 2021. there are 15 producing wells in the bg field. among these wells, three wells—mr-01, rr-02, and b-28—have experienced significant production declines. this study aims to evaluate the performance of the installed esps and to redesign the pump specifications in order to increase the production rates of these three wells. the methodology employed includes well productivity analysis through composite inflow performance relationship (ipr) curves, calculation of pump intake pressure (pip), total dynamic head (tdh), and evaluation of pump volumetric efficiency. the evaluation results indicate that the installed p10 pumps are no longer suitable for the current well characteristics. based on the composite ipr calculations, the optimum flow rates obtained are 1,271 bfpd for well mr-01, 1,719 bfpd for well rr-02, and 1,404 bfpd for well b-28. the pump redesign recommends the use of a p11shd 538 series pump with 50 stages and an operating range of 750–1,500 bfpd, at a pump efficiency of 54%, for well mr-01. for well rr-02, the recommendation is a p17ssd 538 series pump with an operating range of 750–1,500 bfpd, 71 stages, and a pump efficiency of 66%. for well b-28, the recommended pump is a p17ssd 538 series with an operating range of 750–1,500 bfpd and 48 stages, at a pump efficiency of 64%. the implementation of this redesign is expected to optimize production, extend the economic life of the wells, and improve the operational efficiency of esp in the bg field.
