Abstract

P PT Wira Penta Kencana memiliki unit crushing plant dengan target produksisebesar 217.000 ton batu granit perbulan. Tetapi pada kenyataannya tidak mencapaitarget karena dalam kegiatan produksi terdapat beberapa hambatan yangmempengaruhi produktivitas dari unit crusher adalah masalah efisiensi waktu alat,sehingga alat peremuk tidak dapat mencapai target produksi yang ditetapkan olehperusahaan. Efisiensi kerja alat crusher saat ini adalah 59,19% dan menghasilkanbatu granit sebesar 180.318 ton per bulan. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkanbahwa efisiensi kerja masih tergolong buruk dan belum dapat memenuhi targetproduksi batu granit yang ditetapkan sebesar 217.000 ton per bulan.Setelah dilakukan perhitungan sebagai upaya melakukan perbaikan waktukerja dengan cara melakukan penambahan alat baru, maka efisiensi waktu dari alatjaw crusher dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 89,30% dengan hasil produksi meningkatmenjadi 276.303 ton per bulan dan alat cone crusher line 1 menjadi 95%, conecrusher line 2 menjadi 95,36% dengan hasil produksi total sebesar 291.262 ton perbulan.

But in reality, it didnâ€™t reach the target duein production activity, there are several obstacles that affect the productivity of thecrusher is a matter of effective utilization, that crusher can not achieve theproduction target that had been set by the company. The effective utilization ofcrusher at the moment is 59,19% and produce 180.318 tonnes of granite per month.From that result, it can be concluded that the efficiency is relatively poor and havenot been able to meet production targets that was set at 217,000 tonnes granite permonth.After doing some calculation as an effort to repair the operation time byreplacement with the new equipment, the effective efficiency of the jaw crusherincreased to 89,30%, with the output increased to 276.303 tonnes per month andthe cone crusher line 1 become 95%, cone crusher line 2 become 95.36% with totalproduction output to 291.262 tonnes per month.
