J Jurusan Teknik Industri Universitas Trisakti saat ini memiliki akreditasi A (sangat baik). Untuk mempertahankan akreditasi tersebut maka Jurusan Teknik Industri membutuhkan suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang bisa digunakan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja pada Jurusan tersebut. Salah satu metode kinerja yang dapat digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja adalah Performance Prism. Metode ini melihat dari lima perspektif stakeholder, yaitu satisfaction, contribution, strategy, process dan capability. Stakeholders meliputi academic staff non academic staff, student, government, graduate, parents, user dan society. Stakeholders satisfaction didapatkan dari kuesioner penelitian, pada stakeholder academic staff cukup puas (3.01), non academic staff cukup puas (3.33), student cukup puas (3.2), graduate puas (4.2) dan parents cukup puas (3.57), sedangkan stakeholders lainnya didapatkan dari wawancara dan studi literatur. Untuk stakeholders perspektifprocess, strategy dan capability, serta stakeholders contribution didapatkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan diskusi kepada pihak yang berkepentingan dari Jurusan. Hasil identifikasi perspektif dari setiap stakeholder berupa deskriptor dilengkapi dengan key performance indicator (KPI). Setelah itu dibuatlah struktur hirarki yang menggambarkan hubungan antara Jurusan, stakeholders serta perspektif dari stakeholders. Selanjutnya diukur KPI dari setiap stakeholders dan dibobot dengan memperhatikan keterkaitan antar perspektif menjadi ukuran kinerja dari Jurusan Teknik Industri. Didapatkan kinerja dari Jurusan adalah baik (3.43). Dari hasil regresi antar perspektif terlihat bahwa perspektif process hanya dipengaruhi oleh perspektif contribution dan strategy, serta perspektif stakeholders satisfaction memang dipengarthi oleh perspektif process.
T The Industrial Engineering Department of Trisakti University currently has an A (very good) accreditation. To maintain this accreditation, the Industrial Engineering Department requires a performance measurement system that can be used to continuously improve the performance of the Department. One of the performance methods that can be used in performance measurement is the Performance Prism. This method looks at five stakeholder perspectives, namely satisfaction, contribution, strategy, process and capability. Stakeholders include academic staff, non-academic staff, students, government, graduates, parents, users and society. Stakeholder satisfaction was obtained from a research questionnaire, in which academic staff stakeholders were quite satisfied (3.01), non-academic staff were quite satisfied (3.33), students were quite satisfied (3.2), graduates were satisfied (4.2) and parents were quite satisfied (3.57), while other stakeholders were obtained from interviews and literature studies. For stakeholder perspectives of process, strategy and capability, as well as stakeholder contribution were obtained through literature studies, interviews and discussions with interested parties from the Department. The results of the identification of perspectives from each stakeholder were in the form of descriptors equipped with key performance indicators (KPIs). After that, a hierarchical structure was created that describes the relationship between the Department, stakeholders and the perspectives of stakeholders. Next, the KPIs of each stakeholder were measured and weighted by taking into account the interrelationships between perspectives to measure the performance of the Industrial Engineering Department. The Department's performance was found to be good (3.43). The regression results between perspectives show that the process perspective is only influenced by the contribution and strategy perspectives, and the stakeholder satisfaction perspective is indeed influenced by the process perspective.
