P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden dan konsekuensi dari niat membagikan pengalaman kuliner pada generasi z dan milenial. penelitian ini dilakukan pada individu yang aktif menggunakan media sosial untuk berbagi pengalaman kuliner baik generasi z maupun generasi milenial. data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner online (google form). teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation model (sem). penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria sebanyak 200 responden. hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivation dan satisfaction with dining experiences berpengaruh terhadap intention to share food experiences. selain itu tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh motivation terhadap intention to share food experiences pada generasi z dan generasi milenial.
T This study aims to analyze the antecedents and consequences of the intention to share culinary experiences in generation z and millennials. this study was conducted on individuals who actively use social media to share culinary experiences, both generation z and millennials. the research data was obtained through an online questionnaire (google form). the sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. the data analysis tool used was the structural equation model (sem). this study used 200 respondents obtained according to the criteria. the results of this study concluded that motivation and satisfaction with dining experiences influence the intention to share food experiences. in addition, there is no difference in the influence of motivation on the intention to share food experiences in generation z and millennials.
