T Tahu merupakan sumber makanan protein yang murah dan mudah didapat.Kandungan protein dalam 100 gram tahu terdapat 7,9 gram protein, selain itujuga terdapat asam amino yang sangat diperlukan tubuh seperti triptopan 133mg/gram, metionin 108 mg/gram, fenilalanin 443 mg/gram, arginin 342mg/gram dan histidin 191 mg/gram. Tahu terbuat dari kacang kedelai yangmemiliki kandungan protein tinggi. Protein sangat dibutuhkan bagi baiita.Selain dibutuhkan sebagai pertumbuhan juga sebagai bahan makanan untukmencegah dan mengatasi gizi buruk. Soybean curd is one of food that has protein content.Referring to this matter we suggested the people to consume the soybeancurd as alternative food because the protein content of the soybean curd ishigh.
