P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak credibility of celebrity dancustomer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention pada outlet milik influencer. datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang bersumber daripenyebaran kuesioner ke pelanggan yang telah mengunjungi outlet milik parainfluencer. sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode non probabilitysampling dan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 330 dari 33 pernyataan dikali10. analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi semamos dengan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa trustworthiness berpengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap credibility, expertise berpengaruh positif signifikanterhadap credibility, attractiveness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapcredibility, product quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction,service quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction,physical environtment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customersatisfaction , credibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention, terakhircustomer satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap revisit intention.penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk manajer perlu memilih atau berkolaborasi denganinfluencer yang memiliki integritas tinggi, kompetensi dan pengetahuan tentangproduk, serta memiliki daya tarik yang tinggi sebagai perwakilan merek. kemudianmanajer perlu meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap kualitas bahan baku, melakukanpelatihan rutin staf terkait kecepatan layanan, serta menyesuaikan interior outletagar lebih instagrammable dan nyaman
T This study aims to analyze the impact of celebrity credibility and customersatisfaction on revisit intention at influencer-owned outlets. the data used in thisstudy are primary data sourced from distributing questionnaires to customers whohave visited influencer-owned outlets. the research sample was selected using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling methods so that 330 out of 33statements multiplied by 10 were obtained. data analysis used for hypothesistesting is sem amos regression analysis with the results of the study stating thattrustworthiness has a significant positive effect on credibility, expertise has asignificant positive effect on credibility, attractiveness has a significant positiveeffect on credibility, product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction,service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, physicalenvironment has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, credibilityhas no effect on revisit intention, and finally customer satisfaction has asignificant positive effect on revisit intention. this research suggests that managersneed to select or collaborate with influencers who who possess high integrity,competence, and product knowledge, as well as high brand appeal. managersshould also improve monitoring of raw material quality, conduct regular stafftraining on service speed, and adapt outlet interiors to be more instagrammable andcomfortable
