P Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan data dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. pada salah satu gerai mixue ice cream & tea, pengelolaan data penjualan produk dan pembelian bahan baku masih dilakukan secara terpisah sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dashboard business intelligence yang mampu mengintegrasikan data penjualan dan pembelian bahan baku ke dalam satu media visualisasi yang informatif.penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan business intelligence yang meliputi proses extract, transform, load (etl), perancangan data warehouse menggunakan metode kimball nine-step, serta pembangunan dashboard dengan microsoft power bi. data penelitian berupa transaksi penjualan produk dan pembelian bahan baku periode 2022–2024 yang telah diproses melalui tahapan etl dan disusun ke dalam tabel fakta maupun tabel dimensi sebelum divisualisasikan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dashboard mampu menyajikan informasi mengenai total penjualan, total pembelian, tren penjualan, tren pembelian, produk terlaris, pembelian bahan baku, supplier, dan metode pembayaran secara interaktif. dashboard juga dilengkapi fitur penyaringan berdasarkan tahun, bulan, kategori, dan supplier sehingga mempermudah pengguna dalam melakukan analisis sesuai kebutuhan. berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan terhadap lima responden menggunakan dua belas pernyataan dengan skala likert, diperoleh skor sebesar 260 dari skor maksimum 300 atau 86,67% dengan kategori sangat baik. hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dashboard yang dikembangkan telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dalam mendukung analisis data penjualan dan pembelian bahan baku secara efektif.
T The advancement of information technology has encouraged companies to utilize data as a foundation for more effective decision-making. at one of the mixue ice cream & tea outlets, product sales and raw material purchase data are still managed separately, resulting in an inefficient data analysis process. therefore, this study aims to develop a business intelligence dashboard capable of integrating both types of data to provide faster, more accurate information and support the decision-making process. this study employs a business intelligence approach consisting of the extract, transform, load (etl) process, data warehouse design using the kimball nine-step method, and dashboard development with microsoft power bi. the dataset consists of product sales and raw material purchase transactions collected during the 2022–2024 period. after completing the etl process, the data were organized into fact tables and dimension tables as the basis for data visualization.the results show that the developed dashboard is capable of presenting key information, including total sales, total raw material purchases, sales trends, purchase trends, best-selling products, raw material purchases, suppliers, and payment methods through interactive visualizations. in addition, the dashboard provides filtering features based on year, month, category, and supplier, enabling users to analyze data more efficiently according to their needs. the dashboard was evaluated by five respondents using twelve statements based on a five-point likert scale. the evaluation achieved a total score of 260 out of a maximum score of 300 (86.67%), which falls into the very good category. these findings indicate that the dashboard was well accepted by users and effectively supports the analysis of product sales and raw material purchases.
