A Abstrak pt bumi resources minerals tbk (brms) mengimplementasikan sistem enterprise resource planning (erp) sap untuk meningkatkan integrasi proses bisnis dan kualitas pelaporan keuangan. laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan menganalisis proses implementasi sap pada brms dan empat entitas anak melalui pendekatan fit to standard dengan metodologi sap activate. selama pelaksanaan magang, penulis terlibat pada tahap persiapan data master, migrasi dan validasi data, user acceptance testing (uat), serta pendampingan pengguna pada masa hypercare setelah go-live. analisis dilakukan berdasarkan observasi langsung terhadap kondisi sebelum, selama, dan setelah implementasi sap. hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sap mampu mengintegrasikan proses bisnis antarentitas, mengotomatisasi proses three-way matching, memperkuat pengendalian internal melalui approval workflow dan audit trail, serta mendukung konsolidasi laporan keuangan dengan chart of accounts yang terstandarisasi. meskipun masih terdapat tantangan pada proses migrasi data dan adaptasi pengguna, implementasi sap memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelaporan keuangan di grup brms.
A Abstractpt bumi resources minerals tbk (brms) implemented an enterprise resource planning (erp) system, sap, to improve business process integration and the quality of financial reporting. this final project report aims to analyze the sap implementation process at brms and its four subsidiaries through a fit-to-standard approach using the sap activate methodology.during the internship, the author was involved in master data preparation, data migration and validation, user acceptance testing (uat), and user support during the hypercare period following go-live. the analysis was conducted based on direct observations of the conditions before, during, and after the sap implementation.the results indicate that sap successfully integrated business processes across entities, automated the three-way matching process, strengthened internal controls through approval workflows and audit trails, and supported financial statement consolidation through a standardized chart of accounts. although challenges remained in data migration and user adaptation, the sap implementation had a positive impact on operational efficiency and the quality of financial reporting across the brms group.
