P Penerapan konsep green building pada bangunan transportasi publik merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan efisiensi sumber daya dan kualitas lingkungan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan aspek appropriate site development (asd), energy efficiency and conservation (eec), dan water conservation (wac) pada stasiun mrt dukuh atas jakarta berdasarkan indikator greenship existing building version 1.1, serta menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap penerapan aspek eec dan wac. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden. data observasi dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan kondisi eksisting terhadap indikator greenship existing building version 1.1, sedangkan data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aspek asd, eec, dan wac telah diimplementasikan melalui penyediaan aksesibilitas kawasan, penggunaan sistem pencahayaan hemat energi, pemantauan penggunaan energi, pengelolaan air, serta pemanfaatan water treatment plant untuk menghasilkan recycled water. analisis persepsi pengguna menunjukkan bahwa aspek eec dan wac memperoleh penilaian positif dengan mayoritas responden memberikan jawaban setuju dan sangat setuju terhadap indikator yang diteliti. penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan prinsip green building pada fasilitas transportasi publik berdasarkan kondisi eksisting serta persepsi pengguna sebagai masukan bagi pengelolaan bangunan yang lebih berkelanjutan.
A Applying green building concepts to public transportation facilities is a strategy to support sustainable development by enhancing resource efficiency and environmental quality. this study aims to analyze the implementation of appropriate site development (asd), energy efficiency and conservation (eec), and water conservation (wac) aspects at the dukuh atas mrt station in jakarta, based on the greenship existing building version 1.1 indicators, and to examine user perceptions regarding the eec and wac aspects. a descriptive approach employing both qualitative and quantitative methods was used. data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation reviews, and questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents. observational data were analyzed descriptively by comparing existing conditions against the *greenship existing building version 1.1* indicators, while questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. the results indicate that asd, eec, and wac aspects have been implemented through the provision of site accessibility, energy-efficient lighting systems, energy usage monitoring, water management, and the use of a water treatment plant to produce recycled water. user perception analysis reveals that the eec and wac aspects received positive ratings, with the majority of respondents expressing agreement or strong agreement regarding the indicators studied. this research provides an overview of green building principle implementation in public transportation facilities—based on both existing conditions and user perceptions—offering insights to foster more sustainable building management.
