P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh supervisor support dan performance appraisal satisfaction terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada karyawan bank mandiri di jakarta selatan. data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden karyawan kcp bank mandiri di jakarta selatan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan purposive sampling. analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencari rata-rata dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan sem amos software 22. instrumen telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dimana seluruh pernyataan valid dan reliabel, serta dilakukan pengujian model dengan goodness of fit. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisor support berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, performance appraisal satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, supervisor support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, performance appraisal satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, work engagement memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. sedangkan peran work engagement dapat memmediasi secara parsial pengaruh supervisor support dan performance appraisal satisfaction terhadap turnover intention. implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu, manajemen perlu memperkuat sistem penilaian kinerja yang adil dan transparan, memberikan umpan balik yang membangun, serta meningkatkan peran atasan dalam memberi dukungan emosional dan arahan kerja yang jelas. untuk mendorong keterlibatan kerja, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, menyeimbangkan beban kerja, serta menyediakan program penghargaan dan pengembangan karier. upaya ini diharapkan mampu menurunkan niat karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of supervisor support and performance appraisal satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by work engagement on employees bank mandiri in south jakarta. data were collected from 150 respondents bank mandiri employees in south jakarta with data collection techniques used purposive sampling. data analysis used descriptive statistics by finding the average and for hypothesis testing using sem amos software 22. the instrument has been tested using validity and reliability tests where all statements are valid and reliable, and model testing was carried out with goodness of fit. the results of the study indicate that supervisor support has a negative effect on turnover intention, performance appraisal satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, supervisor support has a positive effect on work engagement, performance appraisal satisfaction has a positive effect on work engagement, work engagement has a negative effect on turnover intention. while the role of work engagement can partially mediate the influence of supervisor support and performance appraisal satisfaction on turnover intention. the managerial implications of this study are that management needs to strengthen a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, provide constructive feedback, and increase the role of superiors in providing emotional support and clear work direction. to encourage work engagement, companies can create a comfortable work environment, balance workloads, and provide reward and career development programs. these efforts are expected to reduce employees\\\' intention to leave the company.
