T This final Architectural Project Report contains the design concept of Digital Hub Sinar Mas Land based on bioclimatic architectural approach and its implication to the project. This Report is one of requirements needed to finish the Architecture Undergraduate Program at Trisakti University. The method applied on the design process is a result of idea synthesisation based on spesific literature review which design aspects consist: block pan, site development, functional planning, spatial quality, building form, aesthetic design, structural design, the use of material, and environmental control system. The design process in this particular case includes programmatical design concept based on its typological and thematical value, along with its schematic transformation to its design concept. The final result in this design process are its architectural drawings includes block plan, site plan, building floor plan, building elevation, building section, DED, and other 3D illustration of Digital Hub Sinar Mas Land design project.
