R Restoran Jiwon Galbi merupakan Usaha Kecil Menengah dengan proses bisnis manual dan penggunaan pihak ketiga untuk Point Of Sale (POS), yang menyebabkan biaya tambahan dan pencatatan stok bahan baku yang tidak terintegrasi. Solusi untuk masalah ini adalah implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dengan menggunakan Odoo, yang memiliki modul seperti Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory, POS, Manufacturing, Sales, Contact, dan Website. Metodologi implementasi meliputi analisis kebutuhan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah bisnis, desain sistem berdasarkan analisis tersebut, konfigurasi dan kustomisasi modul Odoo, migrasi data dari sistem manual ke ERP, pelatihan pengguna, serta uji coba dan evaluasi untuk memastikan sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Implementasi ERP ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemantauan proses bisnis dan membuat operasional lebih efisien. Hasil uji coba dengan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology menunjukkan: Performance Expectancy 92%, Effort Expectancy 91.67%, Supporting Facilities 91.67%, Facilitating Conditions 90%, Attitude Towards Technology 91.67%, dan Behavioral Intention 85%. Implementasi ERP ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional restoran.
J Jiwon Galbi Restaurant is a Small Medium Enterprise with manual business processes and the use of a third party for Point Of Sale (POS), which causes additional costs and unintegrated raw material stock records. The solution to this problem is the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using Odoo, which has modules such as Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory, POS, Manufacturing, Sales, Contact, and Website. The implementation methodology includes needs analysis to identify business problems, system design based on the analysis, configuration and customization of Odoo modules, data migration from manual system to ERP, user training, and trial and evaluation to ensure the system functions as needed. This ERP implementation is expected to improve business process monitoring and make operations more efficient. The test results with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology show: Performance Expectancy 92%, Effort Expectancy 91.67%, Supporting Facilities 91.67%, Facilitating Conditions 90%, Attitude Towards Technology 91.67%, and Behavioral Intention 85%.
