T The examination of alleged disciplinary violations committed by state civil apparatus (asn) employees must be conducted in accordance with government regulation number 94 of 2021. however, in practice, disciplinary examinations that do not comply with the prescribed procedures are still found, as illustrated by the case of ferdinand umbu kabalu in central sumba regency. this study examines the conformity of the disciplinary examination conducted by the inspectorate office of central sumba regency with government regulation number 94 of 2021, as well as its legal consequences. this research employs a normative legal research method with a descriptive approach, using secondary data as the primary source. data were collected through document analysis, analyzed qualitatively, and interpreted using a deductive method. the findings indicate that the disciplinary examination was not conducted in full compliance with government regulation number 94 of 2021. consequently, it has the potential to give rise to legal consequences in the form of the invalidity or annulment of the administrative decision issued based on the examination.
