P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Commitment, Rewards, Work-life Balance terhadap Employee Retention yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan online kuesioner melalui Google Forms. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 283 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan Gen Z industri tambang di Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Selatan dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana melalui SEM AMOS 24 dan Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran Job Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Organizational Commitment terhadap Employee Retention, serta Job Satisfaction tidak memediasi pengaruh Rewards dan Work-life Balance terhadap Employee Retention. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini untuk perusahaan meninjau ulang dan melakukan implementasi strategi Employee Retention yang tepat kepada karyawan, khususnya untuk Gen Z di industri pertambangan.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, Rewards, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Retention, mediated by Job Satisfaction. Data collection was conducted by distributing an online questionnaire via Google Forms. The sampling technique used was non-probability purposive sampling, resulting in 283 respondents, consisting of Gen Z employees in the mining industry in East Kalimantan and South Kalimantan, with a minimum work tenure of 1 year. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing with simple linear regression through SEM AMOS 24 and the Sobel Test. The results of the study indicate that Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Retention. However, Job Satisfaction does not mediate the influence of Rewards and Work-Life Balance on Employee Retention. The managerial implications of this research suggest companies should review and implement appropriate Employee Retention strategies, particularly for Gen Z employees in the mining industry.
