P Perkembangan teknologi virtual reality (vr) membuka peluang pembelajaran interaktif berbasis pengalaman, khususnya pada bidang hospitality, namun sebagian besar penelitian masih berfokus pada efektivitas hasil belajar dan belum mengevaluasi fungsionalitas sistem secara mendalam, terutama pada implementasi mekanisme pembelajaran adaptif scaffolding dan fading assistance yang penting bagi anak dengan down syndrome. penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan (success rate) implementasi fungsionalitas sistem leveling pada modul hospitality berbasis vr, yang mencakup fitur leveling (hint), interaksi, dan task flow. pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode scenario-based black box testing melalui penyusunan test case yang merepresentasikan interaksi pengguna pada setiap level, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kesesuaian antara expected result dan actual result. hasil pengujian terhadap 2.630 test case selama empat minggu, pada tanggal 3 juni sampai 27 juni tahun 2026, menunjukkan success rate keseluruhan sebesar 92,05%, dengan capaian per fitur masing-masing 93,23% (leveling/hint), 91,39% (interaksi), dan 92,10% (task flow), serta seluruh level pembelajaran mencatatkan success rate di atas 85%. hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ketiga fitur telah berjalan sesuai fungsi dan skenario yang dirancang, serta mekanisme scaffolding dan fading assistance beroperasi secara konsisten pada setiap level, sehingga implementasi sistem leveling pada modul hospitality berbasis vr terbukti andal untuk mendukung pembelajaran adaptif bagi anak down syndrome.
T The advancement of virtual reality (vr) technology has created opportunities for developing interactive and experience-based learning environments, particularly in the hospitality domain. however, existing studies have primarily focused on learning effectiveness and have rarely evaluated system functionality in depth, especially regarding the implementation of adaptive learning mechanisms such as scaffolding and fading assistance, which are essential for children with down syndrome. this study aims to evaluate the success rate of the functional implementation of the leveling system in a vr-based hospitality training module, covering the leveling (hint), interaction, and task flow features. testing was conducted using a scenario-based black-box testing method through the development of test cases representing user interactions at each level, which were then analyzed by comparing the expected results with the actual results. testing of 2,630 test cases over four weeks, from 3 june to 27 june 2026, resulted in an overall success rate of 92.05%, with individual feature success rates of 93.23% (leveling/hint), 91.39% (interaction), and 92.10% (task flow), while all learning levels recorded a success rate above 85%. these results indicate that the three features functioned in accordance with the intended design and scenarios, and that the scaffolding and fading assistance mechanisms operated consistently across all levels, demonstrating that the leveling system implementation in the vr-based hospitality module is reliable in supporting adaptive learning for children with down syndrome.
