P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tangibility terhadap consumer satisfaction, responsiveness terhadap consumer satisfaction, assurance terhadap consumer satisfaction, reliability terhadap consumer satisfaction, empathy terhadap consumer satisfaction, novelty-seeking terhadap consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction terhadap consumer loyalty. responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 265 responden dari pengguna platform online food delivery (ofd) dan metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistic deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa structural equation modeling (sem). pada penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara tangibility dengan consumer satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara responsiveness dengan consumer satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara assurance dengan consumer satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara reliability dengan consumer satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara empathy dengan consumer satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif antara novelty-seeking dengan consumer satisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara consumer satisfaction dengan consumer loyalty. dari hasil peneltian ini disarankan untuk manajer dan peneliti selanjutnya dalam meningkatkan consumer satisfaction dan consumer loyalty agar pengguna online food delivery terus menggunakan platform ofd sebagai pilihan pertama mereka.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of tangibility on consumer satisfaction, responsiveness on consumer satisfaction, assurance on consumer satisfaction, reliability on consumer satisfaction, empathy on consumer satisfaction, novelty-seeking on consumer satisfaction, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty. the respondents in this study consisted of 265 users of online food delivery (ofd) platforms. the sampling method used was purposive sampling, and the data analysis methods included descriptive statistical analysis (mean) and structural equation modeling (sem). the results of the study indicate that there is a positive influence between tangibility and consumer satisfaction, responsiveness and consumer satisfaction, assurance and consumer satisfaction, reliability and consumer satisfaction, empathy and consumer satisfaction, novelty-seeking and consumer satisfaction, as well as between consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. based on these findings, it is recommended that managers and future researchers focus on improving consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty to encourage users to continue choosing online food delivery platforms as their primary option.
