P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green human resource management dan corporate governance terhadap firm performance yang dimediasi oleh corporate social responsibility di indofood corporation. unit analisis ini ialah karyawan indofood corporation yang berada di level middle dan top management. data diperoleh melalui kuesioner online menggunakan google form. sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 responden. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non- probability sampling. pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode sem (structural equation modeling) dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software spss dan amos versi 23 serta sobel test untuk menguji peran mediasi. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green human resource management berpengaruh positif terhadap firm performance, corporate governance tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap firm performance, corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap firm performance, green human resource management berpengaruh positif terhadap corporate social responsibility, corporate governance berpengaruh positif terhadap corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility memediasi secara parsial pada pengaruh green human resource management terhadap firm performance, serta corporate social responsibility memediasi secara penuh pada pengaruh corporate governance terhadap firm performance. implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini diharapkan manajer dapat meningkatkan praktik green human resource management melalui edukasi, insentif, dan kebijakan ramah lingkungan, memperkuat corporate governance dengan komite yang kompeten dan transparansi pelaporan, serta meningkatkan corporate social responsibility lewat program berkelanjutan di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of green human resource management and corporate governance on firm performance mediated by corporate social responsibility at indofood corporation. the unit of analysis is indofood corporation employees who are at the middle and top management levels. data were obtained through an online questionnaire using google form. the sample used was 130 respondents. the sampling technique used non-probability sampling. hypothesis testing uses the sem (structural equation modeling) method and multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of spss software and amos version 23 and the sobel test to test the role of mediation. the results of this study indicate that green human resource management has a positive effect on firm performance, corporate governance has no positive effect on firm performance, corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on firm performance, green human resource management has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility, corporate governance has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility partially mediates the effect of green human resource management on firm performance, and corporate social responsibility fully mediates the effect of corporate governance on firm performance. the managerial implications of this research are that managers can improve green human resource management practices through education, incentives, and environmentally friendly policies, strengthen corporate governance with competent committees and reporting transparency, and increase corporate social responsibility through sustainable programs in education, health, and the environment.
