E Endosseous implants is an effort to replace natural teeth by placingimplants inside the alveolar bone as an abutment for fixed orremovable prostheses above. The relationship between endosseousimplants and alveolar bone consists of one of two mechanisms :osseointegration or fibro-osseous integration. Both of the mechanismis the sign for successful endosseous implants. To achievesuccessful endosseous implants placement, implants must be placedinside the alveolar bone which are thick and organized by a lot ofcompact tissues, so implants can be held by the regrowth of alveolarbone around it. More over, forms of the perimucosal seal betweengingiva and the implants surface as the gingival response alsocontribute the successful endosseous implants placement.
