Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap coretax system dengan menggunakan pendekatan technology acceptance model (tam). objek penelitian meliputi pegawai atau wajib pajak pengguna sistem. data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metide partial least square (pls). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua konstruk berpengaruh positif, di mana perceived ease of use (peou) mempengaruhi perceived usefulness (pu), perceived usefulness (pu) dan perceived ease of use (peou) memengaruhi attitude toward using (atu), attitude toward using (atu) dan perceived usefulness (pu) mempengaruhi behavioral intention to use (bitu), serta behavioral intention to use (bitu) berpengaruh terhadap actual system use (atu). temuan ini menegaskan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan manfaat sistem membentuk sikap dan niat pengguna, yang pada gilirannya mendorong penggunaan nyata coretax system.

T This study aims to analyze the factors influencing user acceptance of the coretax system using the technology acceptance model (tam) approach. the research subjects include employees and taxpayers who are users of the system. data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares (pls). the results indicate that all constructs have a positive effect: perceived ease of use (peou) affects perceived usefulness (pu); peou and pu influence attitude toward using (atu); atu and pu affect behavioral intention to use (bitu); and bitu influences actual system use (asu). these findings confirm that usersâ€™ perceptions of system ease of use and usefulness shape their attitudes and intentions, which in turn drive actual use of the coretax system.
