P Pertumbuhan mobile banking di indonesia mengalami lonjakan signifikan, terutama sejak pandemi covid-19 yang mendorong adopsi layanan keuangan digital secara masif. namun, dominasi aplikasi dari bank-bank besar menyebabkan bank digital lainnya sulit bersaing. generasi z sebagai pengguna utama layanan digital menuntut kemudahan, kecepatan, dan kenyamanan dalam bertransaksi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, habit, hedonic motivation, perceived value, dan trialability terhadap m-banking intention pada generasi z di indonesia. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 155 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, perceived value, dan trialability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap m-banking intention. sedangkan social influence, facilitating condition, habit, dan hedonic motivation. tidak berpengaruh terhadap m-banking intention.
T The growth of mobile banking in indonesia has experienced a significant surge, especially since the covid-19 pandemic, which accelerated the adoption of digital financial services. however, the dominance of applications from major banks has made it difficult for other digital banks to compete. generation z, as the primary users of digital services, demands convenience, speed, and ease in financial transactions. this study aims to analyze the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, habit, hedonic motivation, perceived value, and trialability on m-banking intention among generation z in indonesia. a quantitative approach was employed with a sample of 155 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. the results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, perceived value, and trialability have a positive and significant effect on m-banking intention. meanwhile, social influence, facilitating condition, habit, and hedonic motivation have no significant effect on m-banking intention.
