P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh food quality, service quality, dan pricing strategy terhadap customer loyalty, serta dampaknya terhadap brand awareness pada restoran korea di wilayah jabodetabek. latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya popularitas korean wave di indonesia yang mendorong pertumbuhan restoran korea, namun di sisi lain terdapat tantangan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di tengah persaingan yang ketat. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis structural equation modeling (sem) berbasis amos. sampel penelitian sebanyak 170 responden yang pernah bersantap di restoran korea dalam tiga bulan terakhir dan tinggal di jabodetabek. hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa food quality dan pricing strategy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty, sementara service quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan. selain itu, customer loyalty memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness. penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi pengusaha restoran korea untuk meningkatkan kualitas makanan dan menetapkan strategi harga yang tepat guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan memperkuat kesadaran merek.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of food quality, service quality, and pricing strategy on customer loyalty and its impact on brand awareness in korean restaurants within the jabodetabek area. the background of this research is driven by the rising popularity of the korean wave in indonesia, which has contributed to the growth of korean restaurants, yet these businesses face challenges in retaining customer loyalty amid intense competition.this research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and structural equation modeling (sem) with amos. the sample consists of 170 respondents who had dined at a korean restaurant within the past three months and reside in jabodetabek. the results indicate that food quality and pricing strategy have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, whereas service quality does not. furthermore, customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness.this study provides managerial implications for korean restaurant owners to improve food quality and apply effective pricing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and strengthen brand awareness.
