T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh website quality and user satisfaction terhadap loyality e-markeplace di indonesia.. penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis, tujuan dari uji hipotesis tersebut untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari keterkaitan variabel. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dalam bentuk google form sebanyak 210 responden. metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation model (sem) dengan bantuan software analysis of moment structure (amos). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content quality berpengaruh positif terhadap user satisfaction, system quality berpengaruh positif terhadap user satisfaction, quality of service berpengaruh positif terhadap user satisfaction, serta user satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty. penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian terhadap produk yang berbeda dan menambahkan variabel lain seperti seperti kualitas dan kuantitas dari ulasan.

T The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of website quality and user satisfaction on the loyalty of e-marketplace in indonesia.this study uses hypothesis testing, the purpose of which is to analyze the effect of variable interrelationships. data collection was conducted by distributing 100 offline questionnaires and 120 online questionnaires via google forms. data analysis in this study used the structural equation model (sem) method with the help of analysis of moment structure (amos) software. the results of the study indicate that content quality has a positive influence on user satisfaction, system quality has a positive influence on user satisfaction, quality of service has a positive influence on user satisfaction. however, user satisfaction have a positive influence on customer loyalty . further research is expected to investigate different products and add other variables such as the quality and quantity of reviews.
