Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden dan konsekuensi dari pengalaman transaksi pada pengguna sistem pembayaran digital berbasis qris di indonesia. secara khusus, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh perceived inefficiency of cash, perceived health risk of cash, perceived convenience of cashless payment, serta perceived security and privacy of cashless payment terhadap pengalaman transaksi. penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman transaksi terhadap behavioral intention. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis structural equation modeling (sem). data diolah menggunakan spss 21 dan amos 23, dengan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengumpulan data pada pengguna qris di indonesia. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived inefficiency of cash, perceived health risk of cash, perceived convenience of cashless payment, serta perceived security and privacy of cashless payment berpengaruh positif terhadap pengalaman transaksi. selain itu, pengalaman transaksi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention.

T This study aims to examine the antecedents and consequences of transaction experience among users of qris-based digital payment systems in indonesia. specifically, this research analyzes the influence of perceived inefficiency of cash, perceived health risk of cash, perceived convenience of cashless payment, and perceived security and privacy of cashless payment on transaction experience. it also examines the effect of transaction experience on behavioral intention. this study employs a quantitative approach using structural equation modeling (sem) as the data analysis method. data were processed using spss 21 and amos 23, with purposive sampling applied to collect the data from qris users in indonesia. the results indicate that perceived inefficiency of cash, perceived health risk of cash, perceived convenience of cashless payment, and perceived security and privacy of cashless payment have a positive effect on transaction experience. furthermore, transaction experience is found to have a positive effect on behavioral intention.
