Abstract

L Laju teknologi dan hari ke hari semakin pesat dan bertambah baik kualitasnya. Kita memiliki pilihan dalam menyikapi laju teknologi tersebut, apakah kita akan mengambil keputusan untuk menambah ketrampilan kita dengan memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut atau inembiarkan din kita tertinggal. PT.(Persero) Sucofindo pada Ichususnytt Divisi Sistem Inforrnasi (DSI) memberikan kesempatan kepada penulis untuk membangun sistem barn yang nantinya diharapkan bisa menambah ketrampilan setiap pegawainya agar senantiasa Up to Date terutama dibidang teknologi informasi khususnya dalam aplikasi perangkat lunak(Software). Sistem yang akan dirancang dan dibangun adalah "Sistem Registrasi dan Administrasi Pelatihan Internal PT.(Persero) Sucofindo Berbasis Web". Penulis melakukan perancangan untuk membangun sistem registrasi dan admininistrasi pelatihan internal tersebut dengan menggunakan teknologi ASP dan basis data SQL server. Sistem yang akan dibangun ini nantinya akan melibatkan Divisi Sistem Informasi (DSI), Divisi Suinber Daya Manusia (SDM) , Divisi Keuangan dan Akutansi (KAK) dan para pegawai. Sistem Registrasi dan Administrasi Pelatihan Internal Berbasis Web ini diharapkan nantinya dapat mengatasi kelemahan dan kekurangan sistem yang sedan berjalan. Selain itu sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah jarak, waktu dan biaya yang hams diluangkan bagi tiap pegawai.

We have a choice in responding to the pace of technology, whether we will take the decision to increase our skills by utilizing the technology or let ourselves be left behind. PT. (Persero) Sucofindo in its Information Systems Division (DSI) provides the opportunity for the author to build a new system that is expected to be able to increase the skills of each employee to always be up to date, especially in the field of information technology, especially in software applications. The system that will be designed and built is "Web-Based Registration and Internal Training Administration System of PT. (Persero) Sucofindo". The author designed to build the internal training registration and administration system using ASP technology and SQL server database. The system that will be built will involve the Information Systems Division (DSI), Human Resources Division (HR), Finance and Accounting Division (KAK) and employees. This Web-Based Internal Training Registration and Administration System is expected to be able to overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings of the current system. Apart from that, this system is also expected to be able to overcome the problems of distance, time and costs that must be spent on each employee.
