P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership, transformational leadership, job crafting, dan work engagement terhadap task performance. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey, dimana sampel diambil dari karyawan pt. bank central asia tbk di jakarta pusat. penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing) dan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-sectional. data yang digunakan bersifat primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang di isi oleh 175 karyawan pt. bank central asia tbk di jakarta pusat. proses pengolahan data melibatkan uji instrumen, seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda dengan software spss versi 21. hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap task performance, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap task performance, job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap task performance dan work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap task performance. implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini yaitu, diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen dalam memperkuat kepemimpinan servant leadership melalui komunikasi terbuka dan hubungan kerja yang harmonis, serta pengembangan keterampilan karyawan melalui program pelatihan yang relevan, mendorong pengembangan karyawan, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, sehingga dapat meningkatkan task performance.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership, transformational leadership, job crafting, and work engagement on task performance. the approach used in this research in quantitative with a survey method, where the sample was form employees of pt. bank central asia tbk in central jakarta. this research designed using hypothesis testing and data collection is cross-sectionally. data used is primary, which is obtained through ddivaistributing questionnaires in the google form completed by 175 employees of pt. bank central asia tbk in central jakarta. the data processing inloved intrument testing, validity, reliablility test, as well as despriptive statistical analysis using spps version 21. the results of this study indicate that servant leadership has a positive influence on task performance, transformational leadership has a positive influence on task performance, job crafting has a positive influence on task performance, and work engagement also has a positive influence on task performance. the result of this study are expected to provide input for the managemet in servant leadership, through open communication and harmonius working relationships, as well as developing employee skilss through relevant training program, encouraging employee development, and creating a supportive work environment to improve task performance.
