P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran konsumen dan kepedulian keamanan pangan terhadap sikap menuju green eating, dimediasi oleh gaya hidup sehat masyarakat di dki jakarta. jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 305 responden. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan structural equation modeling (sem) dengan lisrel 8.8. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap menuju green eating (y), direfleksikan oleh kesadaran kesehatan (x1), kesadaran lingkungan (x2), kesadaran harga (x3), kepedulian keamanan pangan (x4). gaya hidup sehat (z) merefleksikan sikap menuju green eating (y), kesadaran kesehatan (x1), dan kesadaran lingkungan (x2) merefleksikan gaya hidup sehat (z). gaya hidup sehat (z) memediasi kesadaran kesehatan (x1) dan sikap menuju green eating (y). gaya hidup sehat (z) memediasi kesadaran lingkungan (x2) dan sikap menuju green eating (y). dihasilkan r2 gaya hidup sehat 0.72 dan r2 green eating 0.97.
T This study aims to determine the effect of consumer awareness and food safety concerns on attitudes towards green eating, mediated by a healthy lifestyle of the people in dki jakarta. this type of research is quantitative, with a total sample in this study of 305 respondents. the data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling (sem) with lisrel 8.8. the results of this study indicate that attitudes toward green eating (y), reflected by health awareness (x1), environmental awareness (x2), price awareness (x3), food safety concerns (x4). healthy lifestyle (z) reflects attitude towards green eating (y), health awareness (x1), and environmental awareness (x2) reflect healthy lifestyle (z). healthy lifestyle (z) mediates health awareness (x1) and attitude toward green eating (y). healthy lifestyle (z) mediates environmental awareness (x2) and attitude toward green eating (y). the resulting r2 healthy lifestyle 0.72 and r2 green eating 0.97.
