P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi job performance pada karyawan industri retail skala eceran minimarket. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. sampel penelitian terdiri dari 200 karyawan industri retail skala eceran minimarket yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (sem). hasil penelitian ini menu jukan bahwa social capital dan organizational virtuousness berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance, serta berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance dan terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh social capital dan oragnizational virtousness terhadap job performance. penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan retail dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif, hubungan interpersonal yang positif, serta budaya organisasi yang mendukung perilaku sukarela karyawan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan job performance.

T This study aims to analyze the factors influencing job performance among employees in the minimarket retail industry. a quantitative approach with a survey method was employed in this study. the sample consisted of 200 employess working in the minimarket retail industry, selected using a purposive sampling technique. data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling (sem). the results indicate that social capital adn organizational virtuousness have a positive effect on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on job performance and is proven to mediate the relationship between social capital an job performance, as well as between organizational virtuousness and job performance. this study provides practical implications for retail companies in fostering a collaborative work environment, strengthening positive interpersonal relationship, and creating an organizational culture that encourages employees voluntary behaviors in supporting their colleagues and the organization, thereby enhancing job performance.
