P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden dari purchase intention pada konteks food live streaming e-commerce dengan menguji pengaruh sensory experience terhadap purchase intention melalui peran mediasi dari flow experience dan food craving, serta peran moderasi dari viewing frequency. menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 200 responden yang memiliki pengalaman menonton live streaming makanan di platform e-commerce, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (sem).hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sensory experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap flow experience, food craving, dan purchase intention. selain itu, flow experience dan food craving terbukti berperan sebagai mediator yang menghubungkan pengalaman sensorik dengan niat beli konsumen. temuan ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa viewing frequency memperkuat hubungan antara sensory experience dan flow experience, terutama pada kelompok penonton dengan frekuensi tinggi. secara praktis, penelitian ini menyarankan para pelaku usaha untuk mengoptimalkan elemen visual dan auditori dalam konten mereka guna menciptakan pengalaman belanja yang lebih mendalam dan emosional yang efektif meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

T This study aims to analyze the antecedents of purchase intention in the context of food live streaming e-commerce by examining the effect of sensory experience on purchase intention through the mediating roles of flow experience and food craving, as well as the moderating role of viewing frequency. using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 200 respondents who had experience watching food live streaming on e-commerce platforms, and were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (sem) method.the results indicate that sensory experience has a positive and significant effect on flow experience, food craving, and purchase intention. furthermore, flow experience and food craving are proven to act as mediators that link sensory experience to consumers’ purchase intention. the findings also reveal that viewing frequency strengthens the relationship between sensory experience and flow experience, particularly among viewers with high viewing frequency. from a practical perspective, this study suggests that businesses should optimize visual and auditory elements in their content to create a more immersive and emotionally engaging shopping experience that effectively enhances purchase decisions.
