D Di era transformasi digital, pertumbuhan e-commerce dan social commerce di indonesia semakin pesat dan memicu persaingan yang ketat di antara platform marketplace. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan informasi dan dukungan emosional terhadap kualitas ulasan dan penilaian pelanggan, serta dampaknya terhadap perilaku pembelian online melalui media sosial. penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif di indonesia. sampel penelitian terdiri dari 200 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif e-commerce, aktif menggunakan media sosial, dan telah membaca ulasan/peringkat sebelum melakukan pembelian. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan informasi dan dukungan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas penilaian dan ulasan, serta bahwa kualitas penilaian dan ulasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian online melalui media sosial. temuan ini memiliki implikasi bagi platform e-commerce untuk memperkuat kredibilitas ulasan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen.
I In the era of digital transformation, the growth of e-commerce and social commerce in indonesia is accelerating and triggering intense competition among marketplaces. this study aims to examine the influence of informational support and emotional support on customer rating and review quality, as well as their impact on social media online purchase behavior. this study uses a hypothesis testing design with a quantitative approach in indonesia. the research sample consisted of 200 respondents who were active e-commerce users, actively used social media, and had read reviews/ratings before making a purchase. the data analysis method used was structural equation modeling (sem). the results showed that informational support and emotional support had a positive and significant effect on the quality of ratings and reviews, and that the quality of ratings and reviews had a positive and significant effect on online purchase behavior through social media. these findings have implications for e-commerce platforms to strengthen the credibility of reviews and increase consumer trust.
