P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi knowledge sharing pada pengaruh transformational leadership dan organizational psychological ownership terhadap innovative work behavior pada asn milenial di jakarta. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 146 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode structural equation model (sem) amos 22 dan spss 25, serta pengujian mediasi menggunakan sobel test. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational psychological ownership dan transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior. selanjutnya, knowledge sharing terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior. namun, baik organizational psychological ownership maupun transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh tersebut dimediasi secara penuh oleh knowledge sharing. penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperkuat gaya transformational leadership, organizational psychological ownership, dan budaya knowledge sharing guna meningkatkan innovative work behavior.

T This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing in mediating the influence of transformational leadership and organizational psychological ownership on innovative work behavior among millennial civil servants (asn) in jakarta. the sample consisted of 146 respondents selected using purposive sampling. a quantitative approach was employed, utilizing structural equation modeling (sem) with amos 22 and spss 25, as well as mediation analysis using the sobel test. the results revealed that both organizational psychological ownership and transformational leadership did not have a positive effect on innovative work behavior. furthermore, knowledge sharing was found to have a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior. however, neither organizational psychological ownership nor transformational leadership had a significant direct effect on innovative work behavior, indicating that the relationship is fully mediated by knowledge sharing. this study provides important implications for public organizations to strengthen transformational leadership practices, enhance psychological ownership, and foster a knowledge-sharing culture to encourage innovative behavior among millennial employees.
