T The development of information technology is encouraging the government to improve governance through digitalization, including in the management of regional assets. the dki jakarta provincial education office has implemented the sireina (asset reconciliation and inventory information system) application to support electronic recording, inventory, and reporting of state school assets. this study aims to analyze the digitalization of the asset management system through sireina from a good governance perspective, specifically the principles of effectiveness and efficiency, and assess support for human resource capacity, infrastructure and technology readiness, and inter-unit coordination. the research used a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews and questionnaires with 150 school asset administrator respondents. the results showed that human resource capacity achieved an index of 84%, infrastructure and technology readiness 81%, and inter-unit coordination 82% (very high category). that research indicates that the implementation of system digitalization using the sireina application in the dki jakarta provincial education office in the third quarter of 2025 has been implemented well, although there are still several factors that are not optimal and can still be developed to be even better.
