T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh food quality, service quality, physical environment quality dan customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention pada local fast food restaurant di indonesia. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima variabel yaitu food quality, service quality, physical environment quality, customer satisfaction dan revisit intention. penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 responden. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling dengan non-probability sampling. responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang pernah melakukan kunjungan, membeli dan mengkonsumsi makanan dari local fast food restaurant seperti, hoka-hoka bento, richeese factory, california fried chiken (cfc) dan rocket chiken. metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation model (sem) dengan menggunakan software amos. dalam penelitian ini kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa hubungan antara food quality, service quality, physical environment quality dan customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention berpengaruh positif.
T This research aims to determine and examine the effect of food quality, service quality, physical environment quality and customer satisfaction on revisit intention at local fast food restaurant in indonesia. in this research using five variables, namely food quality, service quality, physical environment quality, customer satisfaction and revisit intention. this research uses a sample of 200 respondents. the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with non -probability sampling. respondents in this study are consumers who have visited, bought and consumed food from local fast food restaurants such as hoka-hoka bento, richeese factory, california fried chiken (cfc) and rocket chiken. the data analysis method used in this research is the structural equation model (sem) using amos software. in this research, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the relationship between food quality, service quality, physical environment quality and customer satisfaction on revisit intention has a positive effect.
