P Produktivitas alat gali muat dalam kegiatan pertambangan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kelancaran aktivitas pengangkutan, yang mana kondisi jalan tambang menjadi salah satu faktor utama. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas alat gali muat excavator pc1250sp-8 melalui peningkatan nilai urci (unsurfaced road condition index) di area kerja pt antareja mahada makmur, site mhu, kalimantan timur. urci digunakan sebagai parameter kuantitatif untuk menilai kelayakan dan kondisi permukaan jalan tambang berdasarkan jenis dan tingkat kerusakan jalan. metode penelitian dilakukan dengan survei visual langsung terhadap kondisi jalan hauling, klasifikasi jenis kerusakan, penentuan tingkat keparahan (severity) dan kepadatan (density), hingga perhitungan deduct value untuk memperoleh nilai urci. penilaian dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan perbaikan jalan. berdasarkan pengamatan awal, nilai urci pada jalan hauling utama hanya mencapai 54 (fair), yang berdampak pada peningkatan cycle time dan rendahnya produktivitas alat gali muat, yaitu hanya 523.89 bcm/jam dari target 550.00 bcm/jam. setelah dilakukan upaya perbaikan seperti grading, perbaikan potongan melintang, drainase, jalan bergelombang, debu, jalan berlubang, lendutan, aggregat lepas pemadatan agregat lepas, normalisasi drainase, dan pengurangan pencemaran debu, nilai urci meningkat menjadi 73 (good). peningkatan ini mengurangi delay waktu edar alat angkut dan mempercepat siklus kerja, sehingga turut meningkatkan produktivitas unit excavator pc1250sp-8 menjadi 543.78 bcm/jam mendekati target perusahaan. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai urci berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan efisiensi kerja alat angkut dan alat gali muat. oleh karena itu, pemeliharaan jalan tambang secara berkala dengan mengacu pada parameter urci sangat direkomendasikan dan menjaga stabilitas dan pencapaian target produksi.

T The productivity of excavating equipment in mining activities is strongly influenced by the smoothness of transportation activities, of which the condition of mine roads is one of the main factors. this research aims to optimize the productivity of the pc1250sp-8 excavator through increasing the urci (unsurfaced road condition index) value in the work area of pt antareja mahada makmur, site mhu, east kalimantan. urci is used as a quantitative parameter to assess the feasibility and condition of mine road surfaces based on the type and level of road damage. the research method was carried out by direct visual survey of hauling road conditions, classification of damage types, determination of severity and density, and calculation of deduct value to obtain the urci value. the assessment was conducted before and after road improvement activities. based on initial observations, the urci value on the main hauling road only reached 54 (fair), which had an impact on increasing cycle time and low productivity of the excavating equipment, which was only 523.89 bcm/hour from the target of 550.00 bcm/hour. after improvement efforts such as grading, cross section improvement, drainage, bumpy roads, dust, potholes, deflection, loose aggregate compaction, drainage normalization, and dust pollution reduction, the urci value increased to 73 (good). this increase reduces the delay in conveyance turnaround time and speeds up the work cycle, thereby contributing to increasing the productivity of the pc1250sp-8 excavator unit to 543.78 bcm/hour close to the company\\\'s target the results show that the increase in urci value is directly proportional to the increase in work efficiency of conveyance and loading and unloading equipment. therefore, regular maintenance of mine roads with reference to urci parameters is highly recommended and maintains stability and achievement of production targets
