P Provinsi sulawesi tenggara merupakan wilayah dengan cadangan nikel lateritterbesar di indonesia, menjadikannya kawasan strategis bagi pengembanganindustri pertambangan. pt ceria nugraha indotama sebagai salah satu perusahaantambang yang beroperasi di daerah ini memiliki target produksi yang harus tercapaisecara optimal. namun, pencapaian target tersebut sering menghadapi kendalateknis di lapangan seperti variasi kadar bijih, keterbatasan alat, dan hambatanoperasional. oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan teknis sequencepenambangan yang tepat guna menunjang efisiensi kegiatan produksi. penelitianini bertujuan untuk merancang sequence penambangan bijih nikel laterit di pitsamaenre 57 agar dapat memenuhi target produksi tahun 2025. metode penelitianyang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan dataprimer (cycle time alat gali dan angkut) serta data sekunder (data block model,desain pit, data curah hujan, dan jam kerja). rancangan sequence disusunmenggunakan perangkat lunak surpac dan excel untuk membagi zonapenambangan menjadi beberapa tahap produksi bulanan. hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa total cadangan block 1 sebesar 131,080.00 ton ore dengantotal overburden 505,312.00 ton, dan cadanga block 2 sebesar 196,439.00 oredenga total overburden 569,449.00 ton. dengan lamanya penambangan pitsamaenre 57 selama 5 bulan direncanakan. target produksi tahunan sebesar760.600 ton ore dapat dicapai dengan perencanaan sequence yangmempertimbangkan ketersediaan alat, efisiensi kerja, serta kondisi geotekniklereng. stripping ratio kumulatif yang diperoleh sebesar 3,38. rancangan sequenceini terbukti mampu menyelaraskan kebutuhan teknis dan operasional. perencanaansequence yang terstruktur dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, memperpanjangumur tambang, serta meminimalkan risiko keterlambatan produksi di lapangan.
S Southeast sulawesi province is the region with the largest laterite nickel reservesin indonesia, making it a strategic area for the development of the mining industry.pt ceria nugraha indotama as one of the mining companies operating in this areahas a production target that must be achieved optimally. however, achieving thesetargets often faces technical obstacles in the field such as variations in ore levels,limited tools, and operational obstacles. therefore, it is necessary to design theright mining sequence to support the efficiency of production activities. thisresearch aims to design a laterite nickel ore mining sequence at pit samaenre 57in order to meet the 2025 production target. the research method used is aquantitative descriptive method with the collection of primary data (cycle time ofexcavation and transport tools) and secondary data (model block data, pit design,rainfall data, and working hours). the sequence design was compiled using surpacand excel software to divide the mining zone into several monthly productionstages. the results showed that the total reserves of block 1 were 131,080.00 tonsof ore with a total overburden of 505,312.00 tons, and the reserve of block 2 was196,439.00 ore with a total overburden of 569,449.00 tons. with the duration of themining of the samaenre pit 57 for 5 months is planned. the annual productiontarget of 760,600 tons of ore can be achieved by sequence planning that takes intoaccount the availability of tools, work efficiency, and slope geotechnical conditions.the cumulative stripping ratio obtained was 3.38. this sequence design has provento be able to align technical and operational needs. structured sequence planningcan improve production efficiency, extend the life of the mine, and minimize the riskof production delays in the field.
