T This final project aims to analyze the role of the liaison officer (lo) in the implementationof the launching event workshop for the international animal photo & video competition (iapvc) 2026 organized by pt ddwcomm in collaboration with taman safari indonesia. this event is the launch of an international animal photography and videography competition to introduce iapvc 2026 while increasing public awareness of animal conservation. the results of the final project show that the role of the liaison officer (lo) includes coordination with the performers, information delivery, guest and talent assistance, and communication management up to the evaluation stage. the obstacles found include the limited number of liaison officer (lo) personnel, slow talent response at the pre-event stage, and limited communication tools in the fairly large event area. these obstacles imply the need for additional personnel or volunteers, accelerated follow-up to talents, andstrengthening the communication system between location points so that information isconveyed more quickly and accurately. it can be concluded that the success of the liaisonofficer (lo)\'s duties is greatly influenced by effective coordination, good communication,and human resource readiness.
