T This final project report examines the role of the event production division in organizing the fanvibes day noraevibes your fandom your color event, which was produced by united creative (pt bali bintang sejahtera tbk) in collaboration with yamaha fazzio on march 29, 2026, at lotte alley, lotte mall jakarta. the event targeted one thousand participants from k-pop fan communities, particularly bts (army) and nct (nctzen) fandoms, and is classified as a special event within the entertainment event segment. this study employed a participatory observation method through the author’s direct involvement as part of the production hub division during the internship program. the findings indicate that the event production division carried out comprehensive responsibilities across three phases: the pre-event phase, which included identifying technical requirements, conducting venue surveys, coordinating with vendors, designing the rundown, and preparing manpower plotting; the during event phase, which involved serving as a floor director, managing session transitions, and coordinating multiple teams in real time; and the post-event phase, which consisted of dismantling equipment, archiving documentation, reporting to clients, and conducting internal evaluations. this study implies that structured human resource management and effective coordination within the event production division play an important role in supporting the smooth implementation and success of large-scale entertainment events.
