S Sektor konstruksi minyak dan gas indonesia menghadapi kompleksitas rantai pasok yang tinggi, namun kajian empiris mengenai hubungan antara integrasi rantai pasok dan kinerja rantai pasok dalam konteks proyek migas masih terbatas. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh supply chain integration terhadap supply chain performance, serta menguji peran mediasi supply chain risk management dan supply chain resilience. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode survei terhadap 135 responden praktisi proyek epc migas di tbbm tanjung batu dan tbbm palaran yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. data dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling-partial least squares (sem-pls) dengan bantuan smartpls 4.0 melalui pengujian outer model, inner model, dan bootstrapping 5.000 subsample. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis didukung secara statistik. supply chain integration berpengaruh signifikan terhadap supply chain risk management, supply chain resilience, dan supply chain performance. supply chain risk management dan supply chain resilience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap supply chain resilience dan supply chain performance. selain itu, supply chain risk management dan supply chain resilience terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara supply chain integration dan supply chain performance, dengan peran mediasi supply chain risk management lebih dominan dibandingkan supply chain resilience. simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi rantai pasok mampu meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui penguatan manajemen risiko dan ketahanan rantai pasok. implikasi manajerial penelitian ini adalah perusahaan migas dan kontraktor epc perlu memperkuat koordinasi lintas fungsi, kolaborasi dengan pemasok dan pelanggan, serta pengelolaan risiko secara proaktif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya, ketepatan waktu, kualitas, dan keandalan pelaksanaan proyek.

T The indonesian oil and gas construction sector faces high supply chain complexity; however, empirical studies examining the relationship between supply chain integration and supply chain performance in oil and gas projects remain limited. this study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain integration on supply chain performance and to examine the mediating roles of supply chain risk management and supply chain resilience. this study employed an explanatory quantitative approach using a survey method involving 135 respondents consisting of oil and gas engineering, procurement, and construction project practitioners at tanjung batu fuel terminal and palaran fuel terminal, selected through purposive sampling. the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least squares with smartpls 4.0 through outer model testing, inner model testing, and bootstrapping with 5,000 subsamples. the results show that all hypotheses are statistically supported. supply chain integration has a significant effect on supply chain risk management, supply chain resilience, and supply chain performance. supply chain risk management and supply chain resilience significantly affects both supply chain resilience and supply chain performance. furthermore, supply chain risk management and supply chain resilience are proven to partially mediate the relationship between supply chain integration and supply chain performance, with supply chain risk management having a more dominant mediating role than supply chain resilience. the study concludes that supply chain integration can improve supply chain performance both directly and indirectly by strengthening risk management and supply chain resilience. the managerial implication of this study is that oil and gas companies and engineering, procurement, and construction contractors need to strengthen cross-functional coordination, collaboration with suppliers and customers, and proactive risk management to improve cost efficiency, timeliness, quality, and project execution reliability.
