P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational culture, communication, dan training & development terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh motivation. data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 312 karyawan yang bekerja di industri manufaktur kimia & dasar daerah dki jakarta dan banten dengan menggunakan google form dalam penyebaran kuesionernya. metode pengambilan sampel dengan non-probability sampling, metode analisis data yang di gunakan ada structural equation model (sem) dengan pengolahan data menggunakan amos. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational culture tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance maupun motivation. communication juga tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap employee performance, namun terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivation. selanjutnya, training & development terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance dan motivation. selain itu, motivation memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance, menjadikannya faktor paling kuat dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan. pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa motivation tidak memediasi pengaruh organizational culture terhadap employee performance, tetapi motivation memediasi pengaruh communication dan training & development terhadap employee performance. hasil ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen perlu fokus dalam memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta mencipatkan suasana kerja yang nyaman bagi karyawan. penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa industri perlu mengelola kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan agar tercipta rasa tanggung jawab dan dedikasi oleh karyawan, serta membangun suasana kerja yang menyenangkan dengan pola komunikasi yang membangun agar karyawan tetap nyaman selama bekerja.kata kunci: organizational culture, communication, training & development, motivation, employee performance
T This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, communication, and training & development on employee performance, with motivation serving as a mediating variable. the research data were obtained from 312 employees working in the chemical and basic manufacturing industry in the dki jakarta and banten regions through questionnaires distributed using google forms. the sampling method employed was non-probability sampling, while the data analysis method used was structural equation modeling (sem) with data processing conducted using amos. the results indicate that organizational culture does not have a significant effect on either employee performance or motivation. communication also does not directly affect employee performance; however, it has a positive and significant effect on motivation. furthermore, training & development has been proven to significantly influence both employee performance and motivation. in addition, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, making it the strongest factor in improving employee performance. the mediation analysis showed that motivation does not mediate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. however, motivation mediates the effects of communication and training & development on employee performance. this result emphasize that management needs to focus on providing effective training and development programs, as well as creating a comfortable working environment for employees. this study implies that organizations should effectively manage training and development needs to foster employees’ sense of responsibility and dedication, while also building a positive and constructive communication climate to ensure employees remain comfortable and motivated at work.keywords: organizational culture, communication, training & development, motivation, employee performance
