K Keberlanjutan organisasi komunitas pendidikan memerlukan kepemimpinan yang tidak hanya mengejar hasil jangka pendek, tetapi juga membangun kapasitas manusia, memperkuat kolaborasi, dan menciptakan nilai sosial jangka panjang. sustainability leadership menjadi pendekatan relevan untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, terutama bagi organisasi komunitas yang bekerja dalam ekosistem kolaboratif. penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi peran sustainability leadership dalam memperkuat foundation practices, higher-level practices, key performance drivers, serta pembentukan strategic community pada konsorsium komunitas pendidikan parakawan yang melibatkan rumah amal salman, pondok inspirasi, dan indorelawan.penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan komunitas, anggota, pemangku kepentingan eksternal, dan mitra strategis, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis berbantuan nvivo. kerangka analisis mengacu pada sustainability leadership pyramid dari avery dan bergsteiner.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sustainability leadership berperan penting dalam memperkuat praktik dasar melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia, hubungan kerja humanis, internalisasi nilai, serta orientasi jangka panjang. pada level higher-level practices, kepemimpinan berkelanjutan mendorong pengambilan keputusan partisipatif, budaya saling percaya, kerja tim kolaboratif, dan berbagi pengetahuan. pada key performance drivers, praktik ini meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota, inovasi sosial, kualitas layanan, dan keselarasan nilai antar organisasi. pada level strategis, sustainability leadership berkontribusi pada pembentukan komunitas strategis yang ditandai legitimasi sosial, reputasi positif, kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, serta penciptaan nilai jangka panjang.penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sustainability leadership menjadi fondasi penting bagi keberlanjutan organisasi komunitas pendidikan. sinergi antar organisasi parakawan memperkuat dampak sosial, meskipun perbaikan pada tata kelola, kaderisasi, dan pelaporan dampak masih diperlukan. temuan ini memberikan implikasi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan organisasi komunitas berbasis kolaborasi.

T The sustainability of educational community organizations requires leadership practices that not only pursue short-term outcomes but also focus on human capacity building, strengthened collaboration, and the creation of long-term social value. sustainability leadership offers a relevant approach to addressing these challenges, particularly for community-based organizations operating within collaborative ecosystems. this study aims to evaluate the role of sustainability leadership in enhancing foundation practices, higher-level practices, key performance drivers, and the development of a strategic community within the parakawan educational community consortium, which includes rumah amal salman, pondok inspirasi, and indorelawan.this research employs a qualitative case study design. data were collected through in-depth interviews with community leaders, members, external stakeholders, and strategic partners, and analyzed using thematic analysis supported by nvivo software. the analytical framework is based on the sustainability leadership pyramid developed by avery and bergsteiner.the findings indicate that sustainability leadership significantly strengthens foundational organizational practices through human resource development, humanistic work relations, value internalization, and long-term orientation. at the level of higher-level practices, sustainable leadership promotes participatory decision-making, a culture of trust, collaborative teamwork, and knowledge sharing. within key performance drivers, it enhances member engagement, social innovation, service quality, and cross-organizational value alignment. at the strategic level, sustainability leadership contributes to the formation of a strategic community characterized by social legitimacy, positive reputation, stakeholder trust, and the creation of long-term value for society and partners.the study concludes that sustainability leadership is a fundamental pillar for ensuring the sustainability of educational community organizations. organizational synergy within the parakawan consortium strengthens social impact, although improvements in governance, leadership succession, and impact reporting remain necessary. these findings offer theoretical contributions to the study of sustainable leadership and practical implications for managing collaborative community-based organizations.
