L Lapangan X merupakan fasilitas di Onshore yang telah beroperasi dari tahun 1973 untuk pengolahan minyak mentah dan gas yang diterima dari lapangan Offshore dan Onshore. Memiliki beberapa fasilitas diantaranya Onshore Processing Facility (OPF), Liquid Extractor (LEX) plant, Compressor Gas Station, dan Product Movement (Tank Farm & Loading Facility).OPF memiliki 3 train pengolahan minyak dengan kapasitas pengolahan gross liquid maksimum 150.000 blpd/day yang memproses minyak mentah hingga memiliki spesifikasi BS&W max ≤ 0.5% serta produk sampingan air buangan yang telah memenuhi standard regulasi lingkungan hidup dan sludge yang memerlukan proses lebih lanjut karena masih terdapat kandungan minyak yang sulit untuk dipisahkan menggunakan fasilitas utama.Kondisi saat ini produk sludge disalurkan ke slurry pit dimana volume penampungan telah terisi 80% dari kapasitas yang telah berada pada level kritis. Penelitian penambahan fasilitas dengan pendekatan proses conditioning, stabilization dan dewatering untuk pengolahan sludge diharapkan dapat menurunkan level menjadi normal, mendapatkan pemulihan minyak, mengurangi produk bahan beracun dan berbahaya (B3) yang dibuang sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya pengelolaan limbah.
F Field X is an Onshore facility that has been operating since 1973 for processing crude oil and gas received from Offshore and Onshore fields. Facilities at Onshore X include several facilities including Onshore Process Facility (OPF), Liquid Extractor (LEX) plant, Compressor Gas Station, and Product Movement (Tank Farm & Loading Facility).The OPF facility consists of three oil processing trains, each capable of processing up to 150,000 barrels per day. These trains are responsible for refining crude oil to meet a maximum specification of 0.5% for BS&W (bottom sediment and water). Additionally, the facility treats waste water by-products to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. However, there is still some oil content in the sludge that cannot be effectively separated using the main facilities, requiring further processing.The present state of the sludge product is directed to the slurry pit, which is currently full to 80% of its capacity, reaching a critical level. The study into the incorporation of facilities adopting conditioning, stabilization, and dewatering methodologies for sludge processing aims to normalize levels, facilitate oil recovery, and diminish the disposal of toxic and hazardous materials (B3), hence lowering waste management expenses.
