P Pertumbuhan mobilitas di jakarta menyebabkan tekanan tinggi terhadap sistem transportasi dan lingkungan perkotaan. sebagai simpul utama konektivitas antar moda, kawasan dukuh atas memiliki potensi besar dalam mewujudkan konsep transit oriented development (tod) yang berorientasi pada integrasi transportasi publik, efisiensi lahan, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat kota. kawasan dukuh atas, yang berlokasi strategis dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai transit oriented development (tod), menghadapi tantangan dalam konektivitas transportasi umum dan perencanaan kawasan yang lebih hidup serta aktif sepanjang hari. hasil perancangan menghasilkan konsep bangunan mixed-use dengan pembagian zona fungsional yang terintegrasi secara vertikal, terdiri dari area publik (transit dan komersial), area semi privat (kantor dan co-working), serta area privat (hotel kapsul dan ruang rekreasi atap) yang dapat meningkatkan fasilitas transit dan ruang publik di kawasan tersebut. desain ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan konektivitas antara transportasi umum di jakarta yang terdiri dari transportasi berbasis rel seperti krl (kereta rel listrik), transjakarta yang terdiri dari brt (bus rapid transit), mrt (mass rapid transit), serta lrt (light rapid transit) . perancangan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara prinsip tod dan pendekatan biophilic mampu menciptakan bangunan transportasi yang tidak hanya efisien secara fungsional, tetapi juga berperan sebagai katalis bagi peningkatan kualitas ruang kota dan kesejahteraan pengguna. rancangan transit hub dukuh atas ini diharapkan menjadi model desain arsitektur urban yang mendukung mobilitas berkelanjutan sekaligus memperkuat relasi ekologis antara manusia dan lingkungannya.
T The rapid growth of mobility in jakarta causes high pressure on the transportation system and the urban environment. as a major hub for intermodal connectivity, the dukuh atas area has great potential in realizing the transit oriented development (tod) concept that is oriented towards the integration of public transportation, land efficiency, and improving the quality of life of city residents. the dukuh atas area, which is strategically located and has the potential to be developed as a transit oriented development (tod), faces challenges in public transportation connectivity and planning a more lively and active area throughout the day. the design results in a mixed-use building concept with a vertically integrated functional zone division, consisting of public areas (transit and commercial), semi-private areas (offices and co-working), and private areas (capsule hotels and rooftop recreation spaces) that can improve transit facilities and public spaces in the area. this design is expected to optimize connectivity between public transportation in jakarta consisting of rail-based transportation such as krl (electric rail train), transjakarta consisting of brt (bus rapid transit), mrt (mass rapid transit), and lrt (light rapid transit). this design demonstrates that the integration of tod principles and a biophilic approach can create a transportation building that is not only functionally efficient but also acts as a catalyst for improving the quality of urban space and the well-being of its users. the dukuh atas transit hub design is expected to become a model for urban architectural design that supports sustainable mobility while strengthening the ecological relationship between humans and their environment.
