L Land redistribution objects of agrarian reform is a government policy to realize equal distribution of land control and ownership in order to improve community welfare. this study aims to analyze the mechanism of land redistribution in golo bilas village, komodo district, labuan bajo, based on presidential regulation number 86 of 2018 concerning agrarian reform, and examine the follow-up of indigenous communities who did not receive land from the redistribution. the research method used is normative legal research supported by empirical data, descriptive-analytical in nature, through literature studies. the results of the study indicate that land redistribution has been implemented in accordance with the provisions of presidential regulation number 86 of 2018 concerning agrarian reform, but has not been completely fair and equitable. problems were found in the data collection and verification process of subjects, lack of socialization, and inconsistencies in the provision of one plot of land per family card with practices in the field, so that some indigenous communities did not receive land. community follow-up is still limited and has not provided legal certainty, so that a more transparent, participatory, and equitable implementation of redistribution is needed.
