P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital leadership capability dan achievement motivation terhadap employability yang dimediasi oleh self-efficacy pada karyawan e-commerce di jakarta. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 230 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan e-commerce di jakarta. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (sem) dengan bantuan amos versi 24, serta uji mediasi untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa achievement motivation berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap employability, dan secara tidak langsung melalui self-efficacy sebagai mediasi yang signifikan. self-efficacy juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung yang kuat terhadap employability. namun, tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara digital leadership capability terhadap employability, maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui self-efficacy. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership capability tidak serta-merta meningkatkan employability karyawan, kecuali didukung oleh faktor psikologis seperti kepercayaan diri. temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan employability pada karyawan e-commerce lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor motivasi individu dan keyakinan diri terhadap kemampuan, dibandingkan kemampuan kepemimpinan digital semata. penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk mengembangkan strategi peningkatan self-efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi guna memperkuat daya saing karyawan di era digital.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of digital leadership capability and achievement motivation on employability mediated by self-efficacy of e-commerce employees in jakarta. this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 230 employees from various e-commerce companies in jakarta. the data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (sem) with the assistance of amos version 24, as well as mediation tests to examine the relationships between variables. the results reveal that achievement motivation has a positive direct effect on employability, as well as an indirect effect through self-efficacy as a significant mediator. self-efficacy also shows a strong direct effect on employability. however, no significant direct or indirect effect was found between digital leadership capability and employability, either directly or through self-efficacy. these findings indicate that digital leadership capability alone does not significantly enhance employees’ employability unless supported by psychological factors such as confidence. the results underscore that the enhancement of employability among e-commerce employees is more strongly influenced by individual motivation and self-belief than by digital leadership skills alone. this study provides practical implications for company management to develop strategies aimed at strengthening self-efficacy and achievement motivation in order to enhance employee competitiveness in the digital era.
