F Fokus penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitability, growth, dan capital structure terhadap firm value. data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor property, real estate, dan building construction yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (bei) periode 2022–2024. penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 29 perusahaan dan total 87 data observasi. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan random effect model menggunakan perangkat lunak eviews 12. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitability berpengaruh positif terhadap firm value, sedangkan growth dan capital structure tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm value.
T This research focuses on the factors influencing firm value. this study aims to determine the effect of profitability, growth, and capital structure on firm value. data in this study were obtained using secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial reports of companies in the property, real estate, and building construction sectors listed on the indonesia stock exchange (idx) for the 2022–2024 period. this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 29 companies and a total of 87 observational data. the analytical method used was panel data regression with a random effects model approach using eviews 12 software. the results showed that profitability had a positive effect on firm value, while growth and capital structure had no effect on firm value.
