Abstract

H High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) adalah sebuah teknologi berbasis 3,5G yang menawarkan transfer data yang cepat. HSDPA merupakan pengembangan dari teknologi Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA). Penerapan HSDPA dilakukan dengan men yal urkan sinyal dari node B WCDMA di luar gedung ke dalam gedung (sistem macroce/1). Cara tesebut dikenal dengan teknik indoor penetration.Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan analisis Link Budget untuk jaringanWCDMA maupun jaringan HSDPA. Parameter yang digunakan adalah EffectiveIsotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) dan Received Signal Code Power (RSCP).â€¢ Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan , pada WCDMA (downlink) didapat EIRP58 dBm dan RSCP sebesar -69,64 dBm . Untuk HSDPA didapat nilai EIRP 56dam dan RSCP sebesar -71,64 dBm. Hasil drive test menunjukkan RSCP pada WCDMA sesuai dengan perhitungan dan nilai yang diha.rapkan oleh â€¢ Pt.Telkomsel. Sedangkan drive test download untuk HSbPA dengan FTP server diperoleh RSCP rata- rata sebesar -92,2 dBm dengan rata - nita throughput 2,0Mbps, dan tintuk download dengtlh HttP diperoleh RSCP -95 d13m derlganthroughput 1,9Mbps.

H High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) is a technolog y based on 3,5 G has offered faster data transfer. HSDPA represent development from Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) technology. Application of HSDPA done by signaling from node B WCDMA outside of the building in to indoor building (macrocell system). That technique was called indoor penetration.In this final assignment will be analyze link budget for WCDMA network and HSDPA network. The parameter wili be use Effective Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) and Received Signal Code Power (RSCP).Based of calculation result at WCDMA (downlink for data) got EIRP 58 dBm and RSCP -69,94 dBm. For HSDPA got EIRP 56 dBm and RSCP -71,64 dBm. Drive test result show that RSCP at WCDMA has according to the value that PT. Telkomsel expected. While the download drive test for HSDPA with the FTP server got average value for RSCP -92,2 dBm with the average throughput::::l,OMbps, and download with HTTP got value for RSCP -95 dBm with the average throughput :::::},9Mbps.
