P Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan non-performing financing (npf) pada pembiayaan consumer financing group (cfg) di bsi regional office v jakarta 2 dengan tujuan utama yaitu menganalisis tren perubahan npf berdasarkan data dan wawancara, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab npf; dan mengevaluasi strategi penanganan yang diterapkan. metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam kepada account officer, manajer area, dan staf pembiayaan cfg, serta data sekunder dari laporan internal regional. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan npf dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti kelemahan analisis kelayakan (aspek 5c) dan kurangnya monitoring penggunaan dana serta faktor eksternal seperti kondisi ekonomi makro yang fluktuatif, kehilangan mata pencaharian nasabah, dan perubahan perilaku konsumtif. strategi yang dijalankan oleh bsi mencakup pendekatan personalisasi dengan pembinaan nasabah, restrukturisasi pembiayaan, serta penguatan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam proses analisa dan evaluasi. pendekatan ini selaras dengan praktik bank syariah lainnya dalam menyikapi pembiayaan bermasalah. penelitian ini berkontribusi praktis bagi bsi regional office v jakarta 2 dalam upaya penurunan npf serta secara akademik menambah kajian empiris mengenai faktor dan strategi npf pada pembiayaan konsumer di perbankan syariah.
T This field work practice report aims to examine the development of non-performing financing (npf) within the consumer financing group (cfg) at bsi regional office v jakarta 2. the primary objectives are to analyze trends in npf through both quantitative data and qualitative interviews, identify key internal and external drivers of npf and evaluate the strategies employed to manage and reduce npf. a descriptive qualitative methodology was adopted, utilizing in-depth interviews with account officers, branch managers, and financing staff, alongside secondary data from the regional office\\\'s internal reports. findings reveal that rising npf is influenced by internal issues such as inadequacies in applying the 5c credit assessment framework and insufficient monitoring of fund utilization as well as external factors like macroeconomic fluctuations, job loss, and shifting consumer behaviors. the strategies implemented by bsi include personalized client engagement, financing restructuring, and reinforcing prudential standards in credit appraisal and evaluation. these approaches are consistent with practices observed in other islamic banking institutions dealing with non-performing financing. this study contributes practically by providing actionable insights for bsi regional office v jakarta 2 in mitigating npf, and academically by enriching empirical research on npf factors and strategies in consumer financing within islamic banking.
