Pengaruh quality management information system dan strategic risk management system terhadap performance management system yang dimediasi oleh good corporate governance pada kepala desa di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan
P Penelitian ini adalah untuk mencapai penanggulangan kemiskinan melaluipemenuhan kebutuhan dasar, pembangunan sarana dan prasarana desa,pengembangan potensi ekonomi lokal, serta pemanfaatan sumber daya alam danlingkungan secara berkelanjutan. RPJMN 2015-2019 dapat tercapai yaituMengurangi jumlah desa tertinggal sampai 5.000 desa dan/atau Meningkatkan jumlahdesa mandiri sedikitnya 2.000 desa.Performance management system merupakan pendekatan yang bersifatstrategis dan terintegrasi untuk menghadirkan hasil positif dalam organisasi denganmeningkatkan kinerja dan mengembangkan kemampuan tim dan individu.Mengelolamanusia dalam konteks organisasi berarti mengelola manusia agar dapatmenghasilkan kinerja yang optimal bagi organisasi, sehingga menjadi suatu konsepperformance management system. Metode analisa dilakukan melalui explanatoryresearch, dengan aplikasi PLS/ Lisrel 8.70. Konsep dan masalah yang diteliti melihathubungan kausalitas, kemudian menjelaskan variabel-variabel penyebab masalahyang diteliti. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 351 desa di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan.Penyebaran kuesioner secara proporsional (Proportionate stratified random samplingtechniquGood Corporate Governance memediasi performance management systemdengan beberapa variabel yang terlibat antara lain adalah quality of managementinformation system dan Strategic risk management system didaerah pedesaanSumatera Selatan, variabel-variabel tersebut dijelaskan dalam definisi operasional,dimensi dan alat pengukurannyaHasil dari penelitian ini Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positifdengan performance management system dan mampu meningkatkan quality ofmanagement information system Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini adalahuntuk memberikan informasi untuk instansi terkait agar mampu menjaga strategicrisk managament system dengan bersikap positif dalam menunjang perkembangandaerah pedesaan di Indonesia

The method ofanalysis is done through explanatory research, with the application PLS/Lisrel 8.70.The concepts and problems studied see the causality relationship, then explain thevariables that cause the problem under study. The research sample of 351 villages inSouth Sumatra Province. Distributing questionnaires proportionally (proportionalstratified random sampling technique)Good Corporate Governance mediates the performance management systemwith several variables involved including the quality of management informationsystem and strategic risk management system in rural areas of South Sumatra, thesevariables are explained in operational definitions, dimensions and measurement tools.The results of this study Good Corporate Governance has a positive effect onthe performance management system and is able to improve the quality ofmanagement information system. The managerial implication in this study is toprovide information for relevant agencies to be able to maintain the strategic riskmanagement system by being positive in supporting regional development rural areasin Indonesia
