T Tujuan penelitian: tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Strategy, Green Human Resource Management terhadap Environmental Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment dan dimoderasi oleh Jender pada Dosen Tetap di 27 Universitas diWilayah Jabodetabek yang memperoleh peringkat di UI GreenMetric World University Ranking.Metode penelitian: penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk pengambilan sampel yangberupa purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh dosen tetap 27 Universitas di Wilayah Jabodetabek yang memperoleh peringkat di UI GreenMetric World University Ranking yang berjumlah sebanyak 16,048 dan dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 335 orang. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui Uji Statistik Deskriptif dan Uji Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil penelitian: berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Green Strategy dan Green Human Resource Management secara langsung berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Environmental Performance. Diikuti dengan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dari beberapa pengaruh variabel, seperti pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment terhadap Environmental Performance, Green Human Resource Management terhadap Environmental Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment, dan pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment terhadap Environmental Performance yang dimoderasi oleh Jender. Implikasi penelitian: studi ini menyiratkan bahwa, sangat penting bagi universitasuntuk mengakomodasi melalui manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau yang akan mendorong praktik dan perilaku berkelanjutan di kalangan akademisi. Dengan demikian, implementasi greening university akan tercapai secara optimal melalui agenda hijaunya sehingga juga akan membantu universitas menjadikan keberlanjutan sebagai bagian dari DNA-nya dengan menumbuhkan perilaku hijau di kalangan akademisi.
P Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Green Strategy, Green Human Resource Management on Environmental Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment and moderated by Gender on Permanent Lecturers at 27 Universities in the Jabodetabek Region who obtained rankings in the UI GreenMetric World University Ranking. 335 people. Research methods: this study used a form of sampling in the form of purposive sampling. The population in this study is all permanent lecturers of 27 universities in the Jabodetabek Region who obtained a ranking in the UI GreenMetric World University Ranking, which amounted to 16,048, and with the number of samples taken as many as 335 people. The data processing and analysis techniques used in this study were carried out through Descriptive Statistical Tests and Structural Equation Model (SEM) Tests. Results of the study: Based on the results of the study, it is known that GreenStrategy and Green Human Resource Management directly have a positive effect on Environmental Performance. Followed by, the hypotheses that have been formulated do not all show acceptable results, such as the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment on Environmental Performance, the effect of Green Human Resource Management on Environmental Performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment, and the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Toward the Environment on Environmental Performance moderated by Gender. Research implication: The study implies that it is crucial for the universities to accommodate through green human resource management that will foster sustainable practices and behavior among academics. Thus, the implementationof the greening university will be achieved optimally through its green agendatherefore will also help the university make sustainability a part of its DNA by fostering green behavior among academics.
